VIDEO: Jon Robin Baitz Explains How ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" Got Started

Critically-acclaimed playwright Jon Robin Baitz and the author of "The Substance of Fire" recently appeared on the Charlie Rose talk show to talk about his new project on television - ABC's "Brothers and Sisters".

The award-winning writer has done little work in television prior to his latest project - he penned an episode of ABC's "Alias" and NBC's "The West Wing".

In the interview he explains how he and former Alias producer Ken Olin put "Brothers & Sisters" together and why the show is different than anything else on network television at the moment.
