How LOST Stars Keep Fit
When you're on a hit TV show whose entire season takes place in a single month and your character is forced to live on an exotic island (although never-ending supply of Dharma Initiative food is included), you're supposed to avoid any dramatic weight changes.
Running, weight-lifting, biking, playing soccer, even walking the dog are just some of the activities that LOST actors, past and present, use to make sure they look quite the same.
And if anyone asks about Hurley apparently not shedding any pounds, just blame in it on those creepy Dharma Initiative folks and their peanut butter.
