Eva Longoria Parker Returns to "Desperate Housewives," Padres Charity Work

Hot "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria Parker accepted a $200,000 donation from AT&T for her charity PADRES benefiting children with cancer on Saturday. The actress has returned to her sultry role on the ABC sudser which has bounced back in the ratings this year beating fellow soap "Grey's Anatomy."

According to People Magazine, the pregnancy rumors that surfaced in January are false, as the actress had simply put on some pounds due to strike-induced indulging.

Her alter ego Gabrielle Solis is about to learn that in addition to being broke, her former husband Carlos, whom she has now reunited with, is blind.

Will the material girl be able to cope with such twist of fate? "Desperate Housewives" returns with 7 all-new episodes Sunday, April 13.
