The Bishop at Saint Mellar's is not too happy with Brian's recent behavior, including a sexual relationship with a parishioner, fathering a child out of wedlock and bribing an arbitrator. Kai, a stunning young man Juliet met while enjoying Karen's honeymoon in the Seychelles, arrives in New York per Juliet's request. Juliet exuberantly takes Kai into the crazy world of the Darlings. By the end of the hour she makes an important decision.

Hi Justin! It's been a while since I don't post here. Anyway, I'm from Chile and Dirty Sexy Money is not airing here yet. So I decided to download the first episode, just as I did with Brothers & Sisters, and give it a chance. I gotta say that I liked the pilot, but I didn't enjoyed it as much as the Brothers & Sisters one. But you talk A LOT about the show (damn! you even made a whole new blog for it and not for Desperate Housewives), so I gave the second episode a chance.... and I'm so glad I did!!! I'M TOTALLY HOOKED WITH THE SHOW NOW!!! The characters, the acting, the writing... it's just perfect!! The scene where Nick open the briefcase of his father with the combination that Tripp gave him (Laetitia's birthday) is the most beautifully played scene that I've seen in a long time. Brian and Patrick are the most interesting characters and have the better storylines, but Donald Sutherland is just freakin' awesome!!!
Anyway, now I'm downloading The Italian Banker (the third epidose)... can't wait to catch up with you guys in USA!!!....
I know the ratings aren't the better ones, but what dou You think are the chances for Dirty Sexy Money to get picked up for a second season?
Hey!! I'm so excited for the tornado hitting Wisteria Lane this sunday!!! can't wait!!
Sorry if my english is not very good....
I'm glad you like it, Gonzalo. And I'm also happy you're still reading the blog.
"The Italian Banker" is my least favorite episode. I was only able to watch it 3 times.
Unlike the other episodes that I've seen like... uhm... I don't know how many times... LOL...
Love this show, and I am watching the Christmas ep right now and it is great. Call me crazy, but when I was watching the scene of Letitia bathing Brian's feet it was very religious, especially since his words about never feeling the presence of God echoed those of Mother Teresa's recently released letters. It is true that Brian, for all of his hostility, has settled down from the cartoon character of the premiere to being one of the more emotionally accessible characters on the show and his words at major events have a truth to them that is oddly on target. I am interested to see where this goes, and fully admit DSM is my second favorite new show this season ... it may even eventually beat Chuck in the battle for my heart, which thankfully never comes down to a battle for my TiVo since they are safely on separate nights.
