Jenna Elfman to be ABC "Superstar"

"Dharma & Greg" star and famous Hollywood Scientologist Jenna Elfman and the producer of that classic ABC comedy Dotti Dartland-Zicklin are coming back to the network to develop a new sitcom titled "Literary Superstar" executive produced by "Cashmere Mafia" and "Sex and the City" author Darren Star.

Jenna, who recently gave birth to her son Story, was last seen in the CBS comedy "Courting Alex" which was canceled shortly after its launch in the spring of 2006.

According to Variety, Elfman will now be playing a book publicist who’s "intensely loyal to her clients."

When budget cuts threaten her publishing house, she stands up to the company and continues to work with smaller, quirkier authors.

In addition to focusing on different authors each week, the sitcom will also explore Elfman’s character as she pursues love and happiness.

The comedy will begin production this fall. Will the magic of Dartland and Star help
Elfman regain her sitcom star status?
