"Grey's Anatomy" Season 4 Stills Released
ABC has released promotional stills for the 4th season of "Grey's Anatomy." Isaiah Washington is gone, Chyler Leigh has joined the cast as Meredith's sister Lexi Grey. Surprisingly there are no new images of Patrick Dempsey and Sara Ramirez, but you do see them as well as the entire season 4 cast including Leigh in the group shot. The stills were taken in early August. ABC launches the 4th season of "Grey's Anatomy" on Thursday, September 27 at 9/8c.

Neat! Thanks for posting these. It's great to see the gang. I'd like to see new pix of Patrick and Sara. Photos of Patrick and Ellen together would be great, too
Wish we could get some photos of George and Izzie together, they are my favorite couple.
