Blair Underwood Joins "Dirty Sexy Money"
ABC announced on Wednesday that former "LA Law" and "Sex and the City" star Blair Underwood is joining its new fall drama "Dirty Sexy Money" as the Darling family's nemesis and a savvy, visionary billionaire Simon Elder.
Recently the producers revealed a Cliff Barnes type of character (JR Ewing's nemesis on "Dallas") would be introduced in the second episode.
ABC however said Simon Elder would appear later this season in a multiple-episode story arc.
Underwood recently published a fiction detective novel entitled "Casanegra: A Tennyson Hardwick Story."
The actor starred in NBC's 2004 fall drama "LAX" with former Melrose minx Heather Locklear. The show was however canceled because of poor ratings. Although I am thrilled the cast of DSM is getting ridiculously beautiful, I certainly hope Underwood doesn't bring any LAX jinx with him. "Dirty Sexy Money" premieres Wednesday September 26 at 10/9c on ABC.
