Gayheart To Play Romijn's Ex Lover On "Ugly Betty"
Actress Rebecca Gayheart who recently starred on FOX's short-lived thriller "Vanished" will join a number of notable actors who guest starred on ABC's award-winning comedy "Ugly Betty" playing a former girlfriend of Rebecca Romijn's character Alexis Meade.
The actress who is married to "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane (Mark "McSteamy" Sloane) will play a woman whom Alex Meade dated before faking his death and becoming Alexis in the May episode, titled "A Tree Grows in Guadalajara."
Oscar and Emmy winner Rita Moreno will also guest star in the episode playing a relative of the Suarez family.
Betty (America Ferrera) and her family travel to Mexico, where they meet up with two long-lost relatives, Aunt Mirta (Moreno) and Cousin Clara (Justina Machado of "Six Feet Under").
ABC has ordered 23 episodes of "Ugly Betty" for this season, 5 of which have yet to air. The show returns with episode "Punch Out" on April 19, and the clip show special "The Beautiful World of Ugly Betty" airs tomorrow night.

I love Becki Newton and she is one of the reasons why I love Ugly Betty.
I think my favorite part of Becki's acting was when she said "Bring it" when they were offering Amanda flan at the Suarez's house. It's how she delivered the line that always has me cracking up. :)

Ditto to what everyone said above. I love getting my Grey's Anatomy and Ugly Betty fix on this blog and Becki Newton is friggen hilarious on Ugly Betty, but the whole show is pretty damn brilliant! I read this blog almost daily so I should probably start commenting more!
