Adam Brody's Movie Bombs
Adam Brody's new movie "In the Land of Women" also starring Meg Ryan and Olympia Dukakis has failed to generate spark at the box office pulling in a disappointing $4,915 million in sales over the weekend.
The flick opened in over 2100 theaters across the nation, but ended up being one of the many theatrically-ignored twentysomething-themed pictures that may have suffered from a confused marketing message.
According to Box Office Mojo the movie may have failed as the trailer said coming-of-age relationship drama and the poster said steamy romance.
Brody can also be seen in the indie "The Ten" also starring Jessica Alba, Liev Schreiber, Winona Ryder, Paul Rudd and Famke Janssen with ten stories inspired by the ten commandments.
The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January and will have a limited release on August 3.
