ABC Gives "Traveler" Post-"Grey's" Premiere
ABC's new thriller "Traveler" about two friends who are framed for an act of terrorism was originally supposed to premiere after "LOST" concludes its run on May 30. Now the network says the show will get a very special "sneak preview" on Thursday, May 10 following an all-new "Grey's Anatomy."
The network will then repeat the pilot on May 30 with 7 remaining episodes airing from June 6. Originally the drama was set to premiere last fall, but when ABC failed to find a slot in its schedule it cut its episode order to 8 and decided to give it a not-so-coveted summer run.
This means "Men In Trees" will not be back before September, as ABC will air a 2-hour "Grey's Anatomy" on May 3 and then a "LOST" clips show on May 17 following the "Grey's" 3rd season finale. "Men" has however already received a 2nd season order and will carry over the 5 unaired episodes.
Traveler stars Logan Marshall-Green ("The O.C.",) Matthew Bomer ("Tru Calling") and Steven Culp ("Desperate Housewives".)

I guess giving it a strong leadin for the Pilot is a good thing. It will at least give it a fighting chance. This show faces an extrodinary uphill battle, but with enough support behind it, it might just make it. It definetly has what it takes to make it, people just have to be willing to watch it. We'll see what happens.
