VIDEO: American Idols Ford Laundry Wash Ad

Ford has been one of the core sponsors of FOX's "American Idol" since its debut in the summer of 2002 and its products get prominent product placement on the show.

Every Wednesday FOX airs a 45-second music video advertisement featuring all remaining contestants and this year is no exception.

In addition to that, Season 4 and 5 winner Carrie Underwood and Taylor Hicks have both won a Ford Mustang.

Season 1 winner Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Hicks have also been tapped to star in their own Ford commercials.

This week American Idols performed "Another Saturday Night", a 1963 song by Sam Cooke later covered by Cat Stevens.
