It's All About Sex

LOST's Evangeline Lilly (Kate) and Grey's Anatomy's Patrick Dempsey (Derek, a.k.a. Dr. McDreamy) are the "Sexiest TV Stars" according to TV Guide's first list of the sexiest on the small screen, which hits newsstands Thursday featuring the No. 1's on two separate covers.

The list compiled by the editors at TV Guide suggest the sexiest show on television is ABC's Grey's Anatomy. Oddly enough, one of the sexiest stars on the show, the actor who plays Mark Sloan (Eric Dane), dubbed Dr. McSteamy didn't make the cut, but his co-star and former model Justin Chambers did.
