"Grey's Anatomy" Star Katherine Heigl Fires Up Catwalk At GM Fashion Show

Could she be any cuter? "Grey's Anatomy" star made a stunning and classy appearance at yesterday's 6th Annual General Motors TEN celebrity fashion show.

Heigl and other TV, movie and music celebrities took their turns as models Tuesday night on the Paramount backlot for the GM fashion extravaganza.
