LOST SECRETS UNVEILED?

Fans of ABC's hit show 'Lost' who have played the video game "The Lost Experience" may have resolved some of the island's secrets by unlocking a video within the game.

According to the video, a mathematician who was commissioned by the United Nations in 1962 to calculate the timetable for human extinction came up with an equation based upon Egyptian hieroglyphics that contained the mysterious numbers: 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42.

Furthermore, we learn that Hanso Organization created the Dharma Project to prevent the projected apocalypse, yet its president Dr. Thomas Mittelwerk is trying to unleash a virus that may wipe out a third of human population.

The third season of ABC's "Lost" premieres Wednesday, October 4 at 9/8c.

A week earlier, on September 27, ABC will air a Lost special entitled "A Tale of Survival" taking a new look at lives of survivors of Oceanic Airlines flight 815.

For those who missed the heart-stopping two-hour second season finale, ABC will repeat the episode on Monday, September 25 at 9/8c.
