"HAPPY HOUR" FIRST TO GET CANCELLED?
Bravo.com has launched a new online game called "Death Watch: Fall '06" where visitors are asked to vote for the show they believe will be the first to get cancelled.
The game will run for nine weeks and each week Bravo will give away an I-Pod. The grand prize at the end of the competition will be 37'' flat-screen HDTV.
So far, only one new show of Bravo's corporate sibling General Electric's NBC has made it onto the top-10 list of shows expected to be cancelled this fall (critics' darling 'Friday Night Lights' at #9 with odds currently at 49:1).
ABC has as many as 4 shows in the top-5 (including Anne Heche drama 'Men In Trees' at #2), but the show everyone expects to fail is FOX's new Thursday night sitcom "Happy Hour" with current odds 3:1.
Judging by the ratings as well as critical reviews and pre-season Internet buzz, Bravo.com visitors may be on to something.
