Karl Mayer Returns To "Desperate Housewives"

If you have not seen the latest episode of the new and improved "Desperate Housewives" make sure you catch it online, the show is back on fire! And thankfully the ratings reflect that as our favorite ladies from Wisteria Lane got back to the top of the Nilesen charts beating all hit shows in their path (the show is now #2 drama in America so far this season crushing CSI's deflating numbers).

Following the supermarket carnage, as Lynette, Bree, Susan, Gaby and Edie go back to their lives and cope with tragic events that changed their town of Fairview forever, a familiar face returns for the next sweeps episode.


Although plans to bring back Paul Young and revisit the Zach Young Richie Rich storyline have been shelved for the time being, season 2 regular Richard Burgi who played Susan Mayer's lovable A-hole of a husband returns.

Could that have anything to do with a bun in the oven that they say is coming to Wisteria Lane? And post-traumatic Julie is closer to Edie's little delinquent nephew than ever before.

Sitcom vet Dixie Carter joins the show as Bree's new mother-in-law, Gloria Hodge. The woman who suffers from Alzheimer's brings trouble for Orson and Bree as she goes back to her old house asking the lesbian couple who live there to get the hell out of her home.


All that and Gaby's hilarious new modeling career are just some of the great storylines coming to the hottest show on TV in the coming weeks. It's time to come clean.
