Former Miss America Vanessa Williams rules the "Sexiest Pout" roost, while Alex O'Laughlin is beating former winner Dr.McDreamy as the "Sexiest Man-Mane" by double digits;

Jack Bauer of "24" and Sawyer Ford of "Lost" are neck to neck in the "Sexiest Badass" showdown;

Coach and Tami Taylor ("Friday Night Lights") can't seem to get away from Gabi and Carlos Solis ("Desperate Housewives") in the "Sexiest Marrieds or Former Marrieds But We'd Love to See Them Back Together Like Yesterday" category;

Pam Beesley ("The Office") and Amanda Tanner ("Ugly Betty") are running a tight "Sexiest Secretary" race;

and Dr.House of "House" ("Sexiest Curmudgeon"), Peter Krause of "Dirty Sexy Money" ("Sexiest Lawyer") and Mark Sloan of "Grey's Anatomy" ("Sexiest Cad") all seem to be far ahead in their respective categories.
