"Desperate Housewives" Spoilers #413 "Hello Little Girl"

It's "Desperate" showdown! The time has come for Tom Scavo (Doug Savant) to take off his gloves and show Lynette's fling Rick (Jason Gedrick) who the man in Lynette's life is and ...kick ...his... ass. Go Tom!






Judging by the photos, Rick accuses Tom of trying to burn down his restaurant in Fairview.

From what I understand, the arson takes place while Lynette and Tom attend a party and Tom is seen leaving for a while. Lynette however persuades the police he only went to the car to listen to a baseball game. But, Rick is not so sure.

The question is - does Lynette still have any feelings for Rick after everything that has happened?





Meanwhile, Mike Delfino (James Denton) is finally about to learn the truth about Orson running him down with his car (in the season 2 finale) and therefore putting him into his coma in early season 3.

Last year, when Orson's mystery (about Monique Pollier's murder) was resolved and his insane mother Gloria Hodge was revealed as the killer, Mike remembered seeing Orson at Monique's house the night of her murder.

Originally, Orson was conceived as a villain, and Mike was supposed to remember seeing him at a prison. Orson ran him over because he didn't want him to uncover his past, as he was about to seduce Bree (Marcia Cross), take her money and run away.

But the viewers responded very well to Kyle McLachlan's anal retentive character seeing him as a perfect replacement for Bree's late first husband Rex Van De Kamp. The writers altered the storyline making Orson the good guy.

Personally, I still found it hard to believe Orson (being the good guy) would run Mike over even if he was desperate to protect his mother. But perhaps we will finally learn how truly sorry Orson is for taking such extreme measures.



Finally, Bree and Katherine decided to go into business together and that should give us plenty to laugh about. The dynamics between the two uptight housewives is truly hilarious.

"Hello Little Girl" airs Sunday, April 27 at 9/8c on ABC. Gary Cole returns as Wayne Davis, Katherine's first husband (she may have killed in response to his physical abuse).
