Sarah Jessica Parker Honored @ ShoWest
"Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker was honored at the ShoWest Awards in Las Vegas on Thursday, a part of the movie world's largest annual convention, attended by cinema owners from more than 50 countries.
"From her work in film and television to her development of a cost-friendly fashion line, Bitten, Parker is a celebrated icon in film, television and fashion," said Mitch Neuhauser of ShoWest.
Parker appears on the cover of an upcoming issue of Vogue magazine as part of marketing efforts to promote the movie. Her "Sex" co-stars have been left out of the photo shoot, despite the studio's calls that all 4 gals appear on the cover.
The actress revealed in a recent MTV interview something very significant will happen to her "Sex" character Carrie Bradshaw in the upcoming big screen movie (released nationwide May 30), which will force her to question herself.
