Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson ("The O.C.," "Chuck") attended the premiere of the new "Jumper" trailer. The sci-fi film (starring Samuel L. Jackson) based on the 1992 novel by Steven Gould opens nationwide February 14.
In a nutshell: "A genetic anomaly allows a young man to teleport himself anywhere. He discovers this gift has existed for centuries and finds himself in a war that has been raging for thousands of years between 'Jumpers' and those who have sworn to kill them."
In April 2006 Tom Sturridge and Teresa Palmer were originally cast to play the lead roles, before being replaced with Christensen and Bilson. The crew gained rare access to film for three days in the Colosseum in Rome, Italy last fall.
