"Sex and the City: The Movie" Finally Filming (Updated)

LA Times has published the first photographic evidence that the much-delayed and highly-anticipated theatrical sequel to the classic HBO comedy series "Sex and the city" has finally begun filming in Manhattan.

According to the newspaper, all men are on board including Chris Noth (Mr.Big), David Eigenberg (Steve Brady), Evan Handler (Harry Goldenblatt), Jason Lewis ('Absolut Hunk' Smith Jerrod) and even Mario Cantone (Charlotte's gay pal Anthony Marantino).

American Idol star and Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson has also joined the cast as Carrie Bradshaw's (Sarah Jessica Parker) assistant. The movie will be released in the summer of 2008.
