Televisionista: Meet the Mayfairs (VIDEO) "Desperate Housewives" Spoilers

Dana Delany and her creepy family have arrived on Wisteria Lane and as TV Guide reports she will play a character modeled after J.R. Ewing ("Dallas") and Amanda Woodward ("Melrose Place") everyone will love to hate. The details and the video, after the jump.

Katherine Mayfair is a new perfectionist on the block who naturally goes spatula to spatula with Wisteria Lane's resident control freak Bree Van De Kamp (Marcia Cross). Katherine will offer viewers a peek into the neighborhood's lurid past (she lived there 12 years ago) via flashbacks.

Joining Katherine are Nathan Fillion as younger husband gynecologist Adam who may not necessarily have any illicit affairs with ladies on Wisteria Lane, but whose medical expertise will come in handy. Will Danielle "Van De Tramp" be a repeat offender or is Julie getting a little sibling?

Dylan Maifair (played by "Heroes" babe Lyndsy Fonseca) is Katherine's well-behaved teenage daughter who remains under a rigorous schedule imposed by her mother. She used to be friends with Susan's daughter Julie, but she can't really remember her childhood leaving everyone to suspect something horrible happened.
