"24" to Elect First Female President?

An all-new and hopefully improved "Day 7" of FOX's Emmy-winning "24" that kicks off in January 2008 will go where ABC's 2005 drama "Commander In Chief" (starring Geena Davis) has gone before - TV Guide reports the non-stop series will elect its first female president.

If Hillary Clinton does happen to run for the office in 2008 it will be interesting to see how people behind this show, who are known for their strong Republican background, portray the fictional female president. Hillary's husband Bill, who is a fan of the show, will sure keep an eye on that.

The producers would not confirm any of the upcoming storylines, but following a disappointing sixth cycle, great changes are in store, including the disappearance of CTU and a change of location. New York, Washington D.C. or even London, UK are possible destinations.
