APRIL 27, 2007: There was a lot of self-congratulatory back-patting on Wednesday night's celebrity-filled edition of "American Idol" sprinkled with a generous helping of cheese (that silly "Staying Alive" montage with lipsynching celebs comes to mind) all for a great cause. This will however go down as one of the highlights and a classic. Celine Dion "teams up" with Elvis Presley on 'If I Can Dream'.
