The man who sizzled up screens with Kim Catrall's bed-hopper Samantha on HBO's "Sex and the City" concludes his guest starring stint on ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" as Chad Berry, a closeted gay soap opera actor, next Sunday April 8.
Here's a clip from Valentine's Day edition of the Ellen Degeneres show when the actor talked about his "Brothers & Sisters" role and why he is still single and looking for the right woman.
Some fans of "Brothers & Sisters" were appalled by the actors comments made in an interview with EXTRA Magazine in January when he said he was scared of kissing another man.
The actor's lack of confidence was fairly visible in his early kissing scenes with Matthew Rhys who plays "Brothers & Sisters" resident gay character Kevin Walker.
One might of course contribute that to the closeted character's gradual coming to terms with his own sexuality.
On screen, Chad Berry had just been outed by a celebrity gossip blogger. The ramifications on Chad's career and relationship with Kevin will unfold in Lewis' final two episodes on the show.
"Brothers & Sisters" returns with an all-new episode tonight at 10pm on ABC.

I love him.
ReplyDeleteI love him.
ReplyDeleteThank god Chad's arc ends April 8th. I can't stand watching this trash (not the actor) basically screw up Kevin's life.
ReplyDeleteI'm already planning on welcoming love interest #3 even for the 2 episodes he'll be in this season.
And hopefully love interest #4 will come in Season 2 since love interest #3's actor has a pilot that will possibly be picked up by CBS for the Fall.
