"The Apprentice 6" concluded its lackluster sixth cycle last night perking up to 7,94 million viewers and the #1 finish in the 18-49 race (3.2) in the 10 p.m. timeslot. The results are however a far cry from the red-hot season 1 finale on April 15, 2004 when the 3-hour telecast scored 28,1 million viewers and a 13.6 rating in the demo.
ABC's "Desperate Housewives" was the most watched telecast of the evening with 15,63 million viewers at 9 p.m.
Hallmark Hall of Fame made-for, "Crossroads: A Story of Forgiveness" on CBS averaged 10,62 million viewers from 9-11 p.m.
The season finale of the Fox sitcom "The War at Home" went out with a whimper scoring a rather embarassing 2.84 million viewers at 7 p.m.

The Housewives ratings are still not up to scratch. I haven't seen 'God That's Good' yet but I know that I was underwealmed by Liasons last week. It's not very good at the moment.
ReplyDeleteI actually like DH this year as compared to last year. It's back to its sudsy formula, but it doesn't have the "thriller" part that made season 1 so much more fun to watch...the "whodunnit" motif. This year is pure soap opera, and it's a guilty pleasure soap opera that doesn't take itself too seriously.
ReplyDeleteHopefully they'll bring the "whodunnit" motif to the neighborhood.
