"Heroes" Spoilers: Linderman Also a "Hero"

The people behind NBC's "Heroes" delighted the crowd at the Paley TV festival on Saturday when a clip from an upcoming episode (airs April 23) revealed some hot scoopage from TV's most watched freshman series of the season.

The clip featured the continuation of Linderman's conversation with Nathan and revealed that Linderman also has a special ability, though we don't know what it is.

He and others like him once came together to make the world a better place, but self-interest and loss of illusions set in and the group broke apart.

Linderman has a rather expansive notion of the term "acceptable loss" and he has a plan to put Nathan in the White House in 2008, but like most megalomaniacal plans, "it's not going to be pretty".

Hayden Panettiere described being mummified ("except they don't remove your organs") to have castings made of her character's often broken body.

When asked what superpower he'd like to have, "Dynasty" vet Jack Coleman said: "I always thought invisibility would be cool, but then I was invisible for most of the '90s."

As for the future, the show creator Tim Kring promised that the final five episodes this season will bring some resolution to the will-Peter-go-nuclear story, and next year will "have its own set of dilemmas and questions."

Finally, Kring revealed not all of the characters played by actors present at the festival would survive the season finale.
