TV Guide has released as many as 4 covers featuring the characters of NBC's rookie smash-hit "Heroes" to promote the latest interview with the show's creator Tim Kring who uncovered some of the storylines for the weeks ahead.
Everyone knows that a hero, as in a major character, is supposed to die by the end of the season. Recently, Tim Kring revealed that the person in question appeared in the first seconds of the pilot episode.
Kring has also revealed that the fans of the show can expect a pretty explosive February with one of the regular characters being killed off. He did say, however, that because of the time-bending and shape-shifting abilities, the writers do have plans for the character who will be killed off to make a future appearance on the show, after his or her "death".
Claire will find her biological mom (played by Jessalyn Gilsig) living in a trailer park in an old Airstream. This will however be much less of a shock compared to the true identity of Claire's biological father.
H.R.G. will not be aware of Claire's activities as she has pretty much lost her trust in him, so the viewers will not see her very much with her family in Odessa, Texas. TV Guide has also revealed her friend Zach is off the show effective immediately.
George Takei also makes an appearance in the episode "The Fix" on Monday night in the role of Hiro's father. The character will provide a gateway into a fascinating new world in Japan, uncovering more about Hiro and his family.
Here is now a 5-minute preview of the next episode. "The Fix" airs Monday, January 29 at 9/8c on NBC.
